As part of the event, there will be a Green Run Village – with family style environmentally friendly activities, entertainment and refreshments.
There will be opportunities to recycle and environmentally dispose of household items, with recycling bins, clothes and shoe donations boxes, electrical and phone recycling drop off points located around the village.
Venders will offer visitors the opportunity to browse and buy from displays and eco-friendly exhibits, and organizations committed to a greener future will showcase recycling and sustainable solutions for a greener way of life.
Kids will have fun too, as the village will include eco friendly kids activities and entertainment.
